Endometrial adenocarcinoma most common type
Gross: poypoid endometrial mass, invasion of myometrium.

RICKFACTORS: 

1.  Early menarche
2.  Late menopause
3.  HTN
4.  DM
5.  Obesity
6.  Chronic anovulation
7.  ESTROGEN => estrogen producing ovarian tumors (granulosa cell tumors)
8.  ESTROGEN => replacement therapy
9.  ESTROGEN => TAMOXIFEN is an estrogen receptor antagonist in breast use to tx breast cancer, BUT has an agonist effect on endometrium, causing endometrial hyperplasia and then cancer.
10.                   Lynch Sd: Hereditary Non-Polyposis colorectal cancer; in women higher risk of not only colon but also endometrial and ovarian cancer
